Shin Su-yeon

Shin Su-yeon draws inspiration from the shapes and colors of nature that surround her daily, which she expresses through her ceramic work. Her creative process involves stacking coils line by line and applying layers of white slip with a brush, often multiple times. This meticulous technique allows her to calm her own mind while creating pieces that offer a sense of comfort and calm to those who encounter them. Through her work, she seeks to share a bit of tranquility, transforming the everyday natural beauty into tangible expressions of peace.
